Hi There.

Ref:case won against Bank last year"November 2014".

My Soilicitor keeps telling me you will get your MONEY back very soon?

apparently Bank paid the  money to the Court Account "if this does make any sense" then Auditers are going to transfer this sum to my Soilicitors Account.

I have problem to understand? when i won the case i thought  within the most 2 months the moneywould be  exchanged and the  case is closed. This has not happened.  8 month on and we still do not have are money.

Please is there anybody had same problem as me.

PS:Bank did NOT appeal against the court decision.

Sorry to hear your news, seems someone my be accumulating interest at your expense?  Isn't anyone giving u a reason why you haven't received it?  Is you solicitor in spain or over here?

could you please let us have all the details?  eg. which bank? did  you have a bank guarantee?  any idea as to why the bank did not appeal?  who is your solicitor?  these details might help us answer your questions?
