Can anybody help with these questions?

I am just about to complete on my apartment, and have a few questions which I would be grateful if anybody could answer.

Electricity and water connections: How long does it take for the connections to be made? Will the Utility companies close down over August?

TV connection: What do I need to do to obtain British TV?

What is the cost of a taxi from Murcia airport, and the monthly cost to park at the airport?

OK here we go, i have owned a  property down the the road at La Torre, Taxi is about 30 -- 40 euro,Get your solictor to get on the case with the electric & water they can give more info,Carparking loads of companies do it here is one of them http://seguroparking.com/prices.php.    As for  TV connection: you need to speek to the people you will be paying you community fees they will sort that out along with the internet.  GOOD LUCK Nice resort

For UK TV there are two choices. Originally A2Z, a Polaris World subsidary installed the cabling into all the apartments for TV and internet and if you wanted it you pay them a monthly fee for it. Depending on what services you want you can pay from €20-40 per month approximately, but from time to time they have special offers which reduces this. They have an office on La Torre where they can be contacted. Alternatively, if you only want TV it was agreed that each block can have one satellite dish for communal use mounted as far as possible out of sight on the roof. You would need to check with your Block President whether a dish is already erected and if so find out how much you would have to pay to connect to it. If no dish is available you have the choice of financing the installation of a dish and selling shares when new occupants of the block want a connection.
