Aidrien from macanthony have just rent out my apartment in Costa Azahar I. I am charging 480 e per month, witch doesn't pay my mortgage, but is better than nothing. He was fast in finding us a client and the charge is not high, just 1 month com. Does anybody else have rent through them or had a bad experiece with the rentals?

What is the situation now?I guess things have changed now?

 

I also rented my apartment at Marina D'or through him, and have lost over 1000Euros in rent and my tenant halfway through the rental term.

Came across your reference to Adrian Flores of MRI. I also lost approx 1000 euros in rent and lost my tennant half way through agreement. I have continued to try and rent via MRI since Oct 2007, but still no new rental agreement., although they have confirmed they have changed the locks after 5mths! Do you know the whole story regarding Adrian as he bragged of having moved to a 500000Euro villa before disappearing(according to MRI) ..

Do you know of any reliable estate agents offering services in Marina Dor,  or are they all of similar ilk?

Maybe we should try to seek other tennants and offer a package of rentals to entice a relaible estate agent...any thoughts or achievments on the rental front

Just when you thought things couldn t get any worse Marinador have laid offseveral hundred employees and closed the 4*hotel until bookings improve.
Long term rentals would now appear to be dead did Alexander Homes know something we didnt.
Looking on the brightside we can  all start using our apartments more often  ooops providing the cost of fuel dosnt keep going up and the low cost airlines fall out of the sky.!!

Seems renting here is turning to be nightmarish. There must be someone who is having a good experience and who knows one that has been good so far on renting/management. WIth a big devt like that, I still don't understand how there are no agents focussing on short / long term rentals in the area besides Alexander Homes and MRI. Most agents in the area are only into sales, it seems. But someone must know something many would like to hear. MRI used to perform (only on long term rental) but things might have changed now. Please if you know someone performing, let us know. Locking up an apartment is not sustenable.
