Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on property management.  We are considering renting our apartment out and wonder  if anyone can recommend a reliable  local management company .  As the development is very quiet most of the time I think it is important that anyone staying has a contact in case of emergencies etc.

Has anyone had much success in renting and any advice on where is the best place to advertise?

Hi

I have been letting property in Duquesa Village in phase one and look after a few properties for people down there.  my website is www.spanish-vacation-rental.com
We live near Duquesa so are on hand to help with any kind of issues you may to resolve remotely.
