Money Being Returned To Me After Court Case

Hi all, our pre trial is in January 2016. How long after this hearing is it before you find out the result and possible date for the main trial?

Our pretrial was 23rd November and have been told our main trial is in May 2016. Nothing done in a hurry!

Dear Ian and Margaret 

I noticed you were asking how long it takes from Preliminary Hearing to First Instance Hearing (which is the Court case).  I see joyjo got their Hearing in 6 months which in my opinion is brilliant, it just depends which court your Lawyer puts your claim into, unfortunately our claim was put into Almeria Court which is extremely busy, our Preliminary Hearing was in October 2014 and our First Instance Hearing is in January 2016 so you can see this is 15 months, seems to be the best place is Alicante for results and time.
