Don Juan Phase 4 New Owners

Hi All,

Just wanted to introduce ourselves our names are Helen and Richard and we are based in the UK and purchased a 2 bed apartment in Phase 4 last year. We are setting up or holiday home this April and wondered if anyone has had aircon fitted in any of the phase 4 apartments. We are farily new to this although my brother Andy Otter has an apartment on Don Juan and has been extremely helpful in getting us this far with the property purchase. Would be good to chat to anyone else in our block.

There is no phase 4, unles they threw it up since last there. Could you possibly mean the big long block, phase 3 or maybe block 4 in phase 1 or 2.
