Do any one know if there been any more houses sold yet and what happening with the pool bar 

they are selling all of the time and the new clubhouse is well underway and sholuld be ready when the course opens on the 14th

the new homes that have been sold has anybody signed up at the notary have they recieved all the legal paperwork ie full title deeds and habitation certificates having seen the original plans from the Ayuntamento offices i know M54 WAS NOT INCLUDED and they were not aware of this section some people managed to get part title deeds but not habitatiion certificates has the new developer managed this do they have all the legal paperwork i advise all new buyers to have the best of legal teams do no sign or part with money at the notary without all paper work especially the habitation certificate half truths and promises are common from builders and bad legal advice is also common if they are legal they are great bargains and sierra golf is a great place to live and you wont regret it wish you all the best of luck

Has anybody signed and recieved their deeds yet, not as far as our clinets are concerned but we start next week for propertues on M11 and M54, with full legal papers, COH and everything

The problem with M54 wasn't to do with planning but embargos on the properties for non-payments of IBI which are now cleared so there are 2 independant lawyers acting for clients, who are saying that there are no issues with February completions

Happy to aloow any buyers to talk to the lawyers first

These properties are NOW LEGAL and yes you are correct with the re-openning and development of the course and club house there are some real bargains on Sierra Golf now

great news after 9 years they are now legal but has i said having seen the plans after trying to get a padron m54 plus other areas were not on THE PLANS MASSA built them after tthey summited the original plans therefore was never able to get the coh after 3 years of trying still advise buyers to talk to there independent teams first as you know it makes sense wish them all good luck again a great place to live

I read with interest about the proposed buyers to properties on M54. I had a property on that section, all signed and monies paid for back in 2007 with masa and procobar builders... In 2009  advised by my solictor NBA, we both went to the Notary to register a dispute on the property.... So I am afraid and hopefully for me and my family whoever ends up with what was my property may be required to settle the dispute first.

So apologies for the person(s) that might end up with this but if someone wants to private message me with the solictors that are dealing with this section.

What is the property number

The developer that has been selling the properties did not buy all of the units from the banks as some are in dispute but in order to allow the buyers to complete they has to discharge all debts and embargos

There is not one lawyer acting for buyers but many, they will all check on any charges outstanding, before completion and any charges or embargos have to be discharged by the seller

If you PM me with the number I can let you know the status on your place but I cam confirm they are now selling very well, they have even increased the offer prices

That's really good going considering the state of the market well done to the builders.

Any chance of updated pics of the avenue leading up to sierra golf and the new look of the house upgraded.

I have had completions on M54  M14 but none on 11 yet

Great list but are all these sold? There are quite a few still in different stages of renovation so find it hard to believe all have been sold, but happy to be corrected.  Where can you view these listings?

Do you know something it really doesn't matter if you believe it or not because we sold 3 more over the last week, 2 Albatros and 1 open, we had 2 complete today and I checked 5 others for white goods and snagging

I supervised electricity and water connections into 3 other properties

All of the Eagles which I believe are in M11, the ones that look straight out on the land are sold and will have 5 being handed over during March plus the first of the Open Plus

When you visit site there are agents there, sold boards on properties and today this is all that is available but I cannot see the availability at the moment

Yes you are correct there is a lot of renovation going on, steady progress because it is a lot of work is required, new kitchens etc and they don't start the works now till the property is sold

I am certain that residents and I know new buyers are happy because the new developers are doing everything that they said they would and if people don't want to believe the number of sales so be it, I believe that there is a great future for the site now, let's face it where else can you get a detached property, with room for pool and close to a golf course for less than €100k

Don't take my comments as a personnel dig at you, having been in the property buying game (not selling, not a agent) in many different countries I find it interesting how different agents work and sell their wares.  I know a considerable amount of properties have been sold and it's great news for all of us that own on SG.  Just like to see an agent who is realistic rather than one who adds a bit of a spin on reality.  

Keep up the good work and I enjoy and read your posts with interest, and thanks for keeping up us all up to date.
