We will be moving into an albatros this summer. We have paid our €3,000 to take the property of the market and we also have an independent Spanish solicitor. We are awaiting contracts etc and if all is in order we will be paying our deposit this month. We will be cash buyers.
We are very excited about our move and we fell in love with SG when we viewed our future home in Feb. We are coming back over in April for a few days. The Albatros hasn't been lived in before and as yet has no lights or ac or grills etc although our white goods are supplied in the deal. We will be asking the agent about the best way of getting all this completed before we move in but does anyone have any advice regarding getting this work done and also internet mobile phone suppliers etc. Any advise would be greatly apretiated and I am looking forward to meeting you all and making some new friends in the summer.
Thanks in advance.
