Hi

We have been in our apartment for nearly 2 weeks now and everything has been great but tonight we lost power to our apartment?

Its just appears to be block 21, although the communal areas have power?

We tried to phone Endesa but they have no English speaking people working outside office hours and can't help us????

Oh well, I will try and phone in the morning
