Does anyone know what they will say with " suelo urbano no consolidado"  , are lawer said that Duquesa village is not considered , there is something that has not be finished in the construction , but she does not know what , can somebody tell us what , before we will sign the buyers contract , thank you very mutch

Suelo Urbano No Consolidado means that the land still needs some urbanising work. This means also that there might still be some pending obligations with the Local Council such as:

- Free granting of some land to the Local Council for public services according to Local planning

- Free granting of building volume to the Local Council
