Purchasing an apartment for rentals

Hi all,

We are looking into purchasing a 2 bed apartment on the complex, and just wondered if anyone was able to offer any extra information that may be of an assistance when making a purchase on this resort?

We would ideally be looking to rent the apartment out to holiday makers, so my main question is whether or not the resort is popular with people visiting on holiday?

Hi i have had 2 properties on La Torre, with a apt you might fill the summer holidays, ( if your lucky ) and the odd week here and there, you will fill it on a long term rent but the rent you will get back is about 400pcm euros,then commision to the agent, if you need to rent it to pay the bills, loan, community fees, insurance, tax on what you get for renting, town hall, non resident tax,money to rental website, wear and tear, the list goes on.My friend rent out he is on few website, good photos, and works very hard to promo it.You wont cover your bills. Just being honest.
