Sorry to hear of your problems with Summerbreeze especially as I recommended them to you. I'm feeling a bit guilty but all I can say is that they were recommended to me and I had no problems with them.
I'm very surprised that you paid them to test drainage and now that there is a problem they are not helping. It doesn't sound like good customer service to me! It can't be good for their business having disgruntled customers sharing experiences online. What reason did they give for not helping resolve this?
I'm not up to speed on the Spanish laws with respect to their equivalent of the sale of goods and services but would hope you have some guarantees. Do you still have a quote/receipt for the work?
