hi just out at mo . Cooker was working 6 months ago , now the ceramic hob won't work . Any ideas, electricians on sit?

Hello John,
I believe that sometimes the sensor at the back of the cooker attracts moisture.
One solution I've heard of would be to clean/dry it.
Haven't had to do it myself but have read about others we did and it solved issue.
iff all the plates are not working check the circuit breaker has not tripped ?if the hob has not been used for a time moisture could be affecting it ? you may have to try resetting it a few times to dry it out (best of luck) .
