I think the problem with that area is that it is owned by Solvia and is not designated as communal grounds that are owned and maintained on our behalf by Resortalia. It was originally supposed to be landscaped as part of the commercial centre, but obviously never got done. There has been a fair amount done using community donations led by Kim (well done Kim)
I am trying to establish whether we can develop the area between the commercial centre and La Isla. There has been some discussion on the owners forum and some support for developing one or more petanque/boules pitches there. I think that would be a lot better surrounded perhaps by some astroturf and benches etc.
