Flooding

Hi.

Saw the floods in Duquesa and Sabanillas. Such a shame for residents and businesses affected.

Anyone know how the clean up going now the rain has subsided?

Hope no-one was affected in DV with so much rain in such a short space of time.

Yes, it looked horrendous & a miracle that more lives were not lost along the coast.

AEA have emailed out a recommendation that properties are checked, including the storage cupboard in the garages.  They have also given advice on insurance claims if any are required.

Does anybody know if any of the garages were flooded, as a number of garage entrances are below road level, plus with the volume of rain it would have been possible that water could enter the garages down the stairwells.
