Solar panels and hot water

Hello,

Can anyone please confirm if the solar panels to the blocks to Oasis are now connected and if the hot water is working.

I can arrange a connection test after completing purchase, but I have told I would then be responsible for paying to fix any issues. I understand it is sold as seen, but it is not possible to check these prior to purchase being completed so I am concerned about possible issues I will have in trying to get any issues with this fixed.

My Solar panels are now connected and I had someone check to see if I have hot water which I've been told I do. As far as I'm aware the Solar panels are the responsibility of the Committee and are covered by community fees and not the individual property owners.

Hello Sandra,

i presume you have bought the property for sometime now in HDA . We are looking for 2 bedroom apartment but after reading this thread a bit concerned. The apartments are facing the garden as per the agent. We still have to visit the property. Also would you know if bank repossessed property is ok to buy ?

We purchased at end of October and we are very happy with everything now. Just like any purchase of a new property there are always a few little snags to be sorted. We had no problem with the purchase. Your solicitor should check everything Is in order before the sale closes.
