You should have received the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting held the 9th december 2016.
In this document, all charges are described and the total is charged back on a percentage basis that is related to the surface of your property.

Hi,
Community fees are around 90€ per month depending on the one you buy, corner or in between.
If you tell me exactly the one, i'll tell you exactly the amount but when complete, Mare Nostrum law (community administrator) will sent you all details.

Hi Luc and Martine,
I'm out on Friday as I've reserved a top floor apartment in Martinica 18. This block has a lift and I cannot find out what the service charge will be. The normal charge (without a lift) for this apartment would be €100, because it's an end apartment, but I can't find out what the difference will be for the lift. There will only be four of us paying for the upkeep of the lift, so I'm concerned that the charge will be big. I would appreciate any info. you have on this please.

Hi, we have an apartment on the Spanish Village. We are the only ones in a block of 6, but the cost of the lift and community fees are equally shared between all 6 apartments, and the other 5 are paid for by SAREB (Bad Bank). should be the same for Oasis apartments I would have thought.
Lift maintenance doesn't appear to be cheap though !

Yes, as I understand it, it will be the four of us sharing the cost, but I can't find out how much more it will be.
When you say that 'lift maintenance doesn't appear to be cheap' , can you give me an idea of what it might be?
Plus, I don't know about yours, but our lift is external, so open to the elements, dust etc, which tells me that it will probably have more problems than an indoor one....

I can only tell you what happened to our fees.
It worked out at €60/month for the last 3 months of 2015. It was €80/month for 2016. Don't think you will know for sure how much yours will be until the end of 2017.
When we queried this, we were told it was because of the lift costs. We were over every 5/6 weeks last year and on at least 3 occasions the lift wasn't working when we were there. It was fixed within a day or so each time but not sure if that added to the increase.

Hi,
As I do not have a lift in my block (Malasia 15 1A) I did not pay atttention to the fift maintenance cost that is set to 0€ in the documents I got from the community adminstrators. So I have no visibility on this and would suggest to contact
