Property market in Corvera

One of the things I have noticed is there is no property Sold price register available in Spain like in UK. Hence, it is a bit difficult to judge the direction of the market. Is the price going up or down in Corvera? I bought a 3 bed property for 58K last year, now I see the same type of property advertised for 104K and around 49k in another place. I assume with the openning of the Air port (I heard the tender period is finished and 3 companies submitted their proposals) the prices going up, i guess.

Properties are available at different prices from different banks but prices have not yet increased, pretty much where they were last year

Yes everybody is waiting for the airport and the result of the legal actions onsite

Waiting for any legal actions is not a good sign.   Have you seen how long things take in Spain for legal acions?

Make a will if you are not under 30!!
