Structural defects - Phase 2

Hi - on our recent annual visit to Roda we noticed a distinct crack in the tiles on our landing - we repoted it to Resortalia and were told there had been a court case regardng such defects.  I have obviously missed this if it has been covered - anyone shine any light on this please??

Court case heard in San Javier Courts in June, still awaiting a decision by the judge, August, so Judiciary closes down for the month.

Instructions  given to Resortalia in June to get quotes for a project manager to recommend necessary repairs and to get quotes quotes from companies to carry out repairs as soon as possible after summer.

Still awaiting any quotes and advised by Resortalia we will probably need to call an EGM to seek owners approval for costs of repairs etc.

This is Spain, where nothing happens quickly, sadly.
