I visited the site 2 weeks ago and was told although the licence of occupancy had been given the architect had not given there go ahead the date is now middle to end of May 2007. The planting and pools are looking good it was a beautiful clear day and the views are spectaular. I bought of plan and my agent disappeared to Morroco when I was supposed to sell prior to completion I wonder why? Fortunately I am able to complete but not happy, I will hopefully be able to sell in three to four years time when hopefully the climate will have changed and make profit!
