We here at www.propertyrentalsinspain.com have had at least a couple of enquiries for long term rental of property at United Golf La Tercia this month but we have no apartments or villas currently available there to offer them. We have been offering long term rentals for 10 years in the Mar Menor area and have never had a defaulter because we take up references or proofs of income from all our tenants plus we take a security deposit of 2 x the monthly rent.
