I'm looking to buy

Hi.

We're looking to buy at Condado and as we're using money left to us by my mother I want to invest wisely. I have read all there is about the area and it truly looks great, But before we travel out to view property I'd like to hear from people eho live or have a holiday home here. Just cautious but then photo's wont give me the pro's and cons of the complex. Does anyone have advise for me?

Rent on the site before you buy ...property in Spain should not be classed as a investment...be prepared to loose money when you try to sell on .

Thanks for the reply... Investment probably was the wrong turn of phrase but we have property in Granada, Italy and Lanzarote but was just enquiring about Condado generally.

Comments are mixed, but one thing that is repeated is the small size of rooms.  One furniture store I know that is recommended has a range of small sized furniture for Condado.  But you need to check this for yourself.

Windtakers suggestion of renting first makes a lot of sense - there's no shortage of properties to choose from.
