Hi MrSalt,
There is a golf course, restaurant, bar, supermarket and 11 swimming pools and a number of children's play areas.
There are also a number of vacant commercial units in the commercial centre and an undeveloped sports area to the north-east of the resort. These were not completed by the developer as they have been at La Torre and Mar Menor hence the much lower cost of apartments at Las Terrazas de La Torre.
The owners are looking into how we can develop the sports area and commercial centre and a number of suggestions for tennis courts, a gym and a community centre have substantial support. However, it is very early days and there are no firm dates for the development of any of these facilities or agreement on how they will be funded as yet.
With respect to restaurants, there are a number in the surrounding area.
