work on last skeleton

Wow, brilliant news. There is still the Island Skeleton to finish though. Anyone any pictures.

Work on the skeleton has not started as first thought. Reported on the Terrazas facebook page the crane we thought destined for the skeleton as been packed on to the backof a truck and taken away Damm so close for that phase to be finished ah well just be a bit more patient sure it will happen one day

Although the crane has gone, they have made a bit of a start on the last skeleton (274). Whilst finishing 273 they have concreted under one half of the block, plus tarmaced half the car park. I'm sure they wouldn't spend money on these if they weren't going to finish the block. They will probably start again in the new year.

I suspect that some of the parlking spaces for 273 are actually infront of 274 whch it is which is why it has to be tarmaced,  let us hope that work on 274 does start next year.

No work going on at the last skeleton in last few days. Will ask resortalia tomorrow for news

Block 273 looks to have all the major work completed. There's still a few people coming to do finishing jobs in kitchens, etc. The block finally got electricity yesterday as I noticed that the emergency lightshad power last night. However I don't think that the water main is connected as there is a temporary hose running across the car park to the water cupboard.

There's someone just moved into 273. Spotted lights on last night and furniture on the balcony.

Looks like the crane is due back soon on 274. They have now made a plinth for it this week.

Hi again ,any progress on the last skeleton?

Hi, there is a couple of builders just doing the odd job, but nothing big. There isnt much in the way of materials there either just what was left over from block 273. They have made an additional small concrete platform on the roadside but no idea what it is for. I guess the first job is to rip off the concrete columns not used in the new "blue" design.
