After all this time

HI it's been years since I was on this site, Just wondering how many people got deposits back after all this time , we gave up many years ago after losing ours. Just seen they are solicitors that are doing claims up to october not sure if it's worth doing .thanks

I don't know how many received their money back.  However, we have finally received notification that our deposit plus interest has now been repaid by Banco Popular which was taken over by Santander.  We had a long, drawn out process and paid 18% to solicitor, however it will still have all been worthwhile given the interest was dated to (I think) 2007.  I'd say it's worth proceeding if you've still got all your paperwork and contract.  

Yes completely agree, people are still getting refunds.

Question for you, so are you saying your solicitor is taking 18%, ie if you win 100K solicitor get 18 and you 82??

Davies Co mojacar got me full refund plus interest long hard fight but he did it,    dont give up you can get your money back.
