I have read many threads/sites etc that talk of the costs of solicitors fee's in Spain.
I personally will not pay more than £1000 in solicitors costs for my purchase and I do not agree to paying a percentage of the purchase price.
Does it really matter whether the purchase is 100,000e or 200,000e?the work involved is just the same!
I would suggest that buyer's should shop around and pitch the price you are prepared to pay solicitors! it does work! the spanish would not dream of paying such high costs.
