We are starting to put things in motion to set up out utility accounts now that LFO has been granted and my lawyer is asking for the "Boletines". These should be certificates from the developer for the electric and water installations. Did anybody get these from Aifos when they completed. I cannot recall getting any.  Any info or help would be appreciated.

Hi John,

Anyone signing the deed should receive them at the time of the signing, without these you can not get connected.

If the licence was not in place then these would not have been given as far as I know.
