Just got back after some dreadful weather, a storm on Saturday night and a gale all night - felt the whole building shudder. No damage though and no more water in the storage. Bright and sunny today after three days of rain.
On a brighter note , the office says a maintenance team is about to start work full-time so there'll also always be someone around to fix things. Also the habitation licence is not far away. When this is granted the proper electricity supply can be laid on which will allow use of the lifts - the supply is not powerful enough from the developer's link. Satelite TV is also overdue as we apparently pay a contribution to the Miraflores community whose satellite link will be piped to us. So chins up and here's hoping manana isn't too far away.
