Has anyone who purchased on Angel de Miraflores via Ocean View managed to speak to Conveyancing UK. I have a letter from them confirming the developers insurance is in place. I also have a copy of a fax from my Spanish solicitor confirming the same. Apparently this could have been forged ! As we now know the insurance was'nt in place. Anyone know anymore?
