Barcelona football tickets champions league

Hi, wondered if anyone knows anything about this. I am under the impression that while we don't have the habitation liecence the builder pays for our electricity and water supply.

A friend of my mothers has an apartment near us ( i don't know what size, only that they say they are a twenty min drive from Miraflores) they have their habitation liecence and charge family £100 per week to cover electricity and water, which they say is very expensive where we are!

Does anyone know how much the supplies are estimated to be when we get our liecence. The delay isn't looking so bad ater all, no wonder the Spanish residents aren't pushing for it!

Water rates for year £319 (470ish euros) and electricity just gone up to £64 per month. Not Angel site but apartment in  Guadarma. Would think Angel de Miraflores should be similar. Completed in block 2 last august. Aifos should pay for utilities before habitation licence issued, however our lawyer took 900 euros to cover these costs but have been told that this illegal. Am now in the process of recovering this monies.!!

have you recovered your money yet?, and why did your lawyer take 900 euros if it's illegal?,  who's side are they on?

I also paid 900 euros for water and electicity. Aifos refused to sign if I didn't pay it. As my lawyer had travelled to Malaga to sign on my behalf, we decided not to give Aifos any excuse to snatch back my apt and deal with the legalities later. It seems that Aifos are just a bunch of blackmailing bandits. I have still not recovered my money but fully intend to ensure I get 900 Euros worth of water and electricity before we get the LFH.
