Snag List

We have found a company to carry out our snag list:  Novoa & Tudela Asociadas, Phone no. 952 29 42 64, Fax 951 23 21 75, address Avda. Hernan Nunez de Toledo no 14-121. 29018 Malaga

We have been in contact with Julia Parrialla who gained access to our apt. yesterday, which is in Phase 1. Julia carried out a preliminary snag & reported back same day. We have also viewed work she has carried out & the report was excellant (both in Spanish & English.  Her charge is 232 euro incl vat. Her report includes photos, which she sends to the developer. She ensures any defects are corrected before completion.

Very minor - sitting room requires re painting & cupboard door missing in kitchen.

Until we get completion date she cannot issue a report to the developer.

Did the person doing your snagging list measure your room sizes, and were they ok, because there was a lot of talk that the sizes are smaller than what were on the plans.

Wha block are you in? We are in block 6

We are in block 4 & no measurements were taken as this was just a preliminary "look" as such.

My lawyer told me that by law you can put the snagging list within 3 months

For construction deviations the developper is responsible for 3 years.
