Thanks for the pictures Derek, we really appreciate you taking up your time to do this. The way things are moving I can see an early completion. What was the nightlife like at this time of the year as when we went in May last year, it seemed pretty quiet.

HI, The nightlife was pretty quiet I have to say, but there was always a buzz around McGowans square as I call it. Its where the Irish bar is. All the bars and cafeterias were full there with the kids running around and playing football on the grass , was great to see the mix. I have no doubt we are goina see some big changes in the next  few years. Its startin to have the Puerto Banus feel without all the hussle bussle. I just hope it never loses its spanish feel, its nice to have to explain to the Spanish staff in the bars and restaurants what you want as there english is not very good , really makes you feel you're in spain though. I've been in the costa del sol for the last 8 years and to be greeted with "Hello Mate!" in bars and restaurants  in an English accent is not very spanish. Everybody to their own though.

Previous sentiments echoed, a very grateful thanks Derek for taking the time to do this, very much appreciated.
Work seems to be progressing well, can't wait to spend some time in Almerimar, been practicing /learning spanish especially for this as I/we would prefer a more spanish feel than can be found  in the costa's(CDS & CB).

Great work Derek, many thanks. Hope it still left you some relaxation time. Was show flat completed or were there still problems with this?

                           just been looking at the photos again and its looking very impressive

                            i can see blocks 7 and 6 being ready on time (  feb/mar)  but i cant see blocks 1,2.3 being ready
                           before may or june, does anybody else share this opinion or know any different. any feed back please
