Apartment rental required

Hi all,

hope all is well with you.

It's been very quiet on the noticeboard of late so I thought I would let you know that Simon and I are going over to Spain in the morning for a couple of days and we will pop over to the site to see what is happening. Simon's camera has gone all tempremental so we may not be able to take photos but when we get back I will post on how the work is progressing there.

Happily, we have somewhere to stay  for our short trips to Spain, as the apartment my mother bought in lovely Almoradi in 2005 was finished last summer, pool and all!

Hi everyone I hope all is going well for the development, although I did cancel my contract back in January as I had had enough of all the bull.... I contacted Maria de Castro, and she managed to obtain agreement for the cancellation with full refund (I did not press for interest as I just wanted out) within 2 weeks. Considering the efforts and responses I had been getting from my old solicitor, this was fantastic. I have only just received the actual refund butit has been a huge relief for me. I would just like to say that Maria really does come up with the goods and would recomend her to anyone who has a problem. Regards Cherry
