Hello, I am new to this forum. Does anyone have any updated information with regard to Majestic? I have been hearing some rather nasty rumours.

I cannot comment on the Majestic development of 'Majestic Gardens', but we bought at 'La Condesa de Mijas Golf'  (another of Majestic groups developments) and last December the bank (Banco Pastor) appointed another developer to complete the building work after Majestic ran into problems.

Montivideo Hills and Majestic Hills are other Majestic developments which have message boards on this site. Possibly contacting one of the people on these message boards will help clarify the situation regarding your development.

I have bought a place on Casares del Sol which as you know is just next door to Majestic and have just had a short spell out there.  Whilst I am quite pleased with my little apartment we went for a look around your site and I think it's such a shame that these people have gone bust as the buildings are out of this world.  Their workers must have been top class as the finish on the apartments looks fabulous compared to our so called 'rustic' look. If the bank could get another builder to finish off this complex I'm sure you purchasers would have a gold mine. Don't the bank offer any hopes for the near future?

I am representing a client in London, who has been advised on the Majestic / Stirling mortimer property fund. I have now been told via a source in the Midlands they have yet again made numerous staff redundances and there is now just a handfull of staff remaining. Has anyhting been built on Majestic Hills / Gardens / Villas / Village / Dona Julia and their latest development in La Heredia area???

I am very hesitant on advising my clients on placing funds in developments that will not be built.

There seems to be no communication from this company that carries any weight!!!!
