Wanted Villa to Rent

Hi, we are new to the forum and would like to hear from any other owners who have bought through MRI.  We would like to know how you have found their aftersales and if you are using them for your rentals.  We are buying on phase 3 and after reading this forum, not sure when we are completing. 

We are renting on phase 1 in October for 2 weeks and would like to hear from anyone who will be around at the same time 

I have bought on Corvera but like you beigining to think about the rental side of things. Re MRI. I did google search on MRI 'review MRI ' and found generally mixed to poor reviews about their after sales support. I then looked at their own site promoting properties to rent. Compared to some of the fantastic web pages of some of the members on this site, MRI just didn't compare.

Do a little searching around yourself and obviously make up your own mind.

We have bought appartment on phase 3b and have been told completion will be early next year.  Roda said they would be able to give us a better idea of completion date in October.

We purchased through MRI and did not use their aftersale package and will not be using them to rent out property.

How did you find out you were phase 3b?  We have only become aware of phases a & b through this forum.  We have emailed Roda directly today, and are hoping for a reply soon.

We became aware of phases a and b through this forum and Roda.  I think phase 3b starts on otherside of roundabout (second from last).  Roda are usually quick to reply.

We purchased through MRI and are members of their Lifetime Aftersales scheme.  Haven't used them much yet but now completion is due I hope they wil liaise with everyone ie Roda, Mortgage Advisor, Solicitors etc and do the 'snagging' with us.  Spoke to their rentals department last time we were in Spain and they said there would be no charge in the first year for advertising the property with them.  Thereafter there would be a fee (can't remember what is was).  We will probably use them as one way of advertising the property but will also use others.

have heard today from Roda, that we are Phase 3A with completion due for the first quarter of 2008

Are you going to purchase your furniture through MRI or have you found someone else?  We feel that the packages they offer seem a little expensive, but cheaper than Roda.  We will have to do some more research.

Hi Brian and Sam , we sent you a private message relating to our very poor experiences with MRI , if you look for previous threads on this site relating to MRI , you will understand why not many people will  be utilising there aftersales package, there rentals, or there advice.
