Did anyone else watch the Tonight programme tonight?
Cojones - I think the term is in Spanish.
But I suppose good news doesn't make good programmes!

Also saw the programme and agree completely with your comments. To be honest the Costa del Sol looks like it is over priced where as Murcia is a lot cheaper in comparison for similar properties. Realistically unless anyone was looking to make a profit on a quick sale I think the area will weather this blip in the market. The Spanish economy is still growing and with the new international airport on the horizon I don't think our area will see a major down turn. As you said good news stories don't make the headlines.

Looks like the prices from Taray are going up not down and they must be priced to sell not hold on to untill market changes, they are a bussiness requiring sales. So all this talk of property falling in prices in Spain may be a fact but its not happening if you want to buy a new house in San Cayetano fact
