Hi All,
Trevor MacDonald's documentary last night was largely negative, with a host of hard luck stories and 'no sells' at auctions.
The land grab stories continue to run and run, but i did not hear them mention that it is only in certain areas (eg, Valencia)
But there was the odd sensible comment from proffessionals and if you read between the lines, the message seemed to be that unless you know spanish property law inside out, you would do best to stick to quality builds from quality developers.
With that in mind, Murcia region seems to have an abundance of quality developers (Calidona / Polaris / etc) and I am still very happy with the purchasers i made.
That said, I did miss the first 5 minutes of the programme, did i miss something???
Comments welcome.
