Has anyone got the letters re rentals etc from Rocio Areales? Are they really going to try and make an effort to rent now or is this just another letter? What do they mean by tour operators and mediators?

National: El Corte Ingles, Mundicolor and mant other wholesalers

International: Abbey travel, Nekerman,TUI, Cresta Holidays etc...

Hope thats of some use!!

Thanks Farthings8. Do you think that you will run with the deal or just do your own thing?

Hi people

I also rceived letter, made me laugh as it as if i was all ready renting via them..

The letter is same as one i received 3 years ago,  rentals never got off the ground and in end they were only interested in Long term...

I think prices are crap,  900 euros per month for 3 bed 3 bath Duplex, - 15% and charges,  doesn't exactly leave you much money...

The other thing i defo don't agree on is short term and only getting MONEY  twice a year,   why should they get ot make interest on your money..

any thoughts ??

Im heading over on 22nd,  might pop in and have a chat, well if it's cloudy i will :-)

Cheers

Rob

I would say the main difference this time compared to a year or two ago is the fact that 99.9% of the complex is now complete. The gardens are looking very nice and there is not builders running around all over the place.

It's certainly got the potential to start working re the short term lets.... bear in mind though if you want to use your apartment yourself the contract limits you to a maximum of 30 days per year.

Depends on your circumstances/needs as to whether this is any good to you or not, each to their own I suppose!!
