Hello and can you help?

Hi I have just recently found this forum. I reserved one of the suites about a year ago and have been at the site twice. the latest news from my agent at Weston & Dubois is that the 18 holes will open this month. Also the developer has bought the land around the lake outside the gate. i have read the reports going back over the year and am surprised no one commented on it. The lake is behind the restaurant outside the gate. I recommend the food. The lake with the mountains in the backdrop is fabulous.  it will be developed for water sports etc and another restaurant is being built also.

You are right the lake is a beautiful spot.  When we were there in March, Christina, at the sales office, told us that the camping site was part of the original land parcel and the developers intended to refurbish it to a 5 star standard. This would include new log cabins and a good restaurant.

If anyone have visited the site recently, please post some pictures.

I did come across the new webpage yesterday and thought it was really good, much better than the previous one.  This page seems to only show the first phases, ie Suites (which I believe is where you have bought your apartment), the detached villas and the townhouses.  The latest phases developed by Peninsula (Medina Elvira 23, Fairways, Granada Green etc) are not shown in this page, as it is run by Grupo Balboa by the look of it.  When is the expected delivery date for your apartment?  I can't wait to see something finished!

Well i come a lot in medina elvira and i bought a plot in the beginning for a villa, and the first phase is medina 23 and fairways that finish at the end of the year 2007, after comes suites, tee 17, granada green, eden golf, and the townhouses los carmenes, the latest release is las villas and now the developer grupo balboa will release altos de elvria, but i think it will be the best place to live you have the beach, ski, water lake and golf what can i wish more for!!!!!
