phase 2

Hi just recently put reserve on 2bed 2bath apartment in phase 2!  We have never been on holiday in this area.and are thinking of a September holiday there can anyone suggest anything.

I also put a reserve on phase 2. 25th of September is the big festival of Vera, temperatures are usually nice at that time of the year. Go and have fun.

Keymare expect to have the Horizontal division registered at the end of this week and contracts will be ready for next week.

Just an update

We have just had an email from the solicitors. It states we should have the contracts for phase 2 week commencing 16/7/2007.

Not bad considering we should have had it for1/6/2007

No contracts yet! Keep getting emails from solicitors and MRI saying next week.Of course when next week arrives it doesnt materialise. From reading these forums it appears not  much will get done during August! Also phase one residences appear to be completing so presume the developers are busy with that. Would be nice to see something soon though

Excellent news Gill, have been watching avidley, looks like they got their act together eventually, i presume all was ok with it...

It wasnt ok quite a few mistakes and change of lawyer three times. Eventually got it sorted (well at least I think so) middle of September. Cant wait now!! Have you also bought on phase 2? If so I think that makes three of us (3 who have found eye on spain anyway)

Went out and took a couple of piccies of the phase 2 building - it is really coming on- especially the apartments

We are due to complete in about 4 weeks time on phase 2 and would appreciate any advice at all. We have waited a long time and cant believe it is happening at last. Cant wait to get out there and meet other owners, we have stayed on phase one in the past and everyone we met was very helpful. We vaguely remember somebody once posting a list of things needed for the apartment other than the furniture pack provided, we have searched the threads but cannot find it now! Any advice would be gratefully received, thanks in advance

Hello Everyone,

As this is my first post on this forum i am hoping that  someone can help me out with  some information regarding Pueblo Salinas Phase 2, We are in the process of purchasing an apartment there and would appreciate any information regarding annual costs, i,e, community fees and any other costs involved, also can anyone recommend a competent snagging company that they have used, as this forum has been very quiet recently i hope that somebody can assist me.
