 We are Deb and Neil Jones we have bought a quad on the development and are looking to move out Feb07 we have two girls aged seven and nine who would like to make some new friends befor we all start our new life in Spain.Just wandered if anyone else as got any nervous children who they could talk to and begin to build new  friendships with.

Hello all. We are Carol and Peter from Sheffield and have recently bought a bungalow (block 5 number 12) due December 07. We have two daughters, Ellie 11 and Carly 8, who are both very excited about our purchase. It will be a holiday home initially, but we would love to move out permanently eventually.We are looking forward to meeting everybody on site.

We are Rob and Becky and have purchased a quad block5 no5, this is to be a holiday home which we hope to use extensively to escape the bad weather in the UK. We have 3 children Alice 8, Joseph 6 and Sophie 4 who are very keen to make friends.

Hi everyone i think its great that the kids can get to know each other. im going out there on tuesday for a few days cant wait. im finding it hard to get excited anymore cos it seems so far away (june 08) ive bought plot 76.

as ive said before we have a boy called william who is 7 and a baby boy called charlie whos 1 it would be nice for william to make new friends in spain.

we are buying a penthouse in block 3 ready in January. Going to be used mainly as holiday home but maybe in future move out permanently.  We have a boy who is 4 and a 1 year old girl who would love to make some friends! Can't wait to get out there now !

We have a little girl called Melissa aged 5 who will be moving in to a penthouse (block 4) in January 2007.  She has been at a state school in Spain for 3 years now so if anyone wants any advice about the education system, we are happy to help.

We can also advise re; billingual schools in the region, as per recommendations and reputation but here are the local international school websites anyway.

Iam Donnette have purchased a quad Block 5 number 29 to be completed in spring 08.

I have a son Laurence who 7 he is very nervous and would like to meet others moving to the village, this will be our permanent home looking very  to the transition.

We are Sue and Lee.I have just started reading all your messages. We moved out here in September 06 to start our new life in Spain. We will be moving on to San Cayetano in Feb 07 into one of the quad villas (phase 2 no 40). We have 2 children Ellie11 and George 7. They started at San Cayetano School in September. They are the only 2 English children there but have been welcomed with open arms. The teachers are all very kind and helpful and the children have been lovely to them although there is at times a language barrier. Ellie and George will be so happy to here there will be other english children living there and if you would like any help with finding things or would like more info on the school/ area please do contact us.

We have bought a quad on block 5 which will be finished March 2008. we are looking to come out earlier and rent so our two children, girl aged 4 and boy aged 2 can get into the local school. They are very friendly outgoing children who love making friends so please get in touch if your in a similar situation. They have started learning spanish and love Dora the explorer. They think Dora will be at there new spanish school.
