HAS ANYONE TRIED OR KNOW OF ANYONE WHO HAS TRIED/USED A DIGI BOX IN SPAIN? CAN YOU BRITISH ONES OVER THERE?

I used mine when i first came over although you will get limited channels with a standard 80 cm dish, none of the terrestrial type channels seemed to work  but got quite a good selection of the sky ones .. i think sky sports even worked.  To get it working properly i think it requires a high gain 1.9 metre dish, or something around that size. And whether the community would allow something that big to be put up is another matter. You could propose it be shared by other users in the block. However the standard mesh system can also be shared and if you get multiple people sharing i think this brings the installation costs down a bit.

Thanks for that, costs are high i was just wondering if yoiu could use the freeview box the same as we have at home?

There is a spanish version of the digital terrestrial freeview but dont think there is anything english on it ... your one from home will not work
