I AM SURE ANY BANK WILL LEND THEM MONEY TO FINISH THIS OFF AND THE BANKS WILL MAKE ALOT BACK WHEN IT IS FINISHED IN 4 MONTHS TIME WHEN US LOT GET OUR MORTGAGES
SO I DONT THINK IT IS MONEY OR BUILDERS
I PERSONALLY THINK THEY ARE AFTER US CANCELLING AND THEY CAN SELL OUR APARTMENTS FOR ANOTHER 20.000 EACH THIS WAY THEY WILL MAKE ALOT MORE MONEY
