weather in alicante

Hi John/Trish hope you don,t mind me asking who your solicitor is,if a few of you have the same one maybe a good idea if we used him as well ,maybe stand a better chance of getting more info if he has more clients putting pressure on him. I have given up on Palmeria hrer and spoken to Jason in the head office in Malaga a bit more forthcoming than here and I ask him to send some paperwork my daughter had lost and he sent them straight away Ihave the phone number if anyone wants it to see if he can answer any of your questions.Keep your chin up everyone were not beaten yet i will buy the first dozen bottles of bubbly to celebrate when we all get in or if the worst comes and we don't I will still buy them and Ron and I will drink them to drown our sorrows. Hi Gabe, sorry just logged on had a busy weekend, not been on  here at all. Our solicitor is Rodas Consulting in Torrevieja. He seems very clued up, not the cheapest, but saved us lots of money  on the house we have just completed on, on Friday.

The bubbly sounds great, we will all be ready for a good old celebration when that long awaited day arrives and for those who dont drink (not us sorry!!) we can get loads of orange juice and soft drinks in.

Hi all thanks John for your solicitors name will look them up when we go next month. As for the bubbly like you say we can get plenty of soft drinks for those who don,t want it but like yoursilves Ron comes from your neck of the woods and can knock a tipple back he has trained me well. Hope it will be sooner than later.

me again, i think we should give them till the end of June to have there meetings and get there new Builders going if nothing as happened by then i think its about time we all got together to see what we should be doing

they are out of there contract now and laura as told me if i wanted to cancel she would send me the cancelation form but we would prefair the building being finished

we are getting a lot pissed off with all these excuses they keep coming up with and no action

if there is no workers on site by the end of June lets get together, I think then they have took the piss so much we are getting ready to get our money back + 3 % per year like it says in our contract

spanish properties have aparently fallen so i dont think we will have lost anything by taking this action

we are NOT going to have our apartments this year - will we get them next year ?   that is the question

the answer to that question is no not if the builders dont start soon

anyhow enough of my moaning hope to see you all the end of  June
