Just wondering if anyone else as asked about compensation

They have told me that they was thinking about giving us a free cooker or fridge  is this enough ?

I was wondering because some of you was thinking of a new kitchen as compensation

would anyone be happy with a cooker or fridge ? better than nothing i suppose. I would rather have air-con but that may be me being greedy

palmera have not sold all the properties tho

 Why can we not speak to them direct palmera are only the agents  I think they are trying to bluff there wayout of compensation they told me   maybe    a frige or cooker  (WAHH)  what would have happened if i sold my house  and i was paying rent all this time

I would want proper compensation then

  THEY ARE OUT OF THERE CONTRACT

Sorry to butt in on this, but just a suggestion.......Why do a few of you not all agree to get together and split the cost(once you've had a quote of course as to how MUCH it may cost you) of ONE lawyer to deal on behalf of however many of you to bring an action against the developer...surely that would work out cheaper than all going it alone????
