Legal fees

I am the Pessimist at the moment thus have prepared myself to complete in Nov / Dec this year 2007. However I have been hearing all around that Blocks 25 and 28 are getting letters of completion dates in Early August has anyone in Block 27 up to date information or as soon as your receive your completition letter please post message as soon as.

I am going to email my solicitor to see if any update this week!!

As I reported last week My agents told us block 27 pre inspection was to be the week 23 to 27 of July. We could not make this so have asked the agents to carry out the inspection on our behalf.

Medsea have just Emailed to confirm they have arranged with keymare to carry out our inspection on July 30th (it had been put back a week?) Keymare said there were no completion dates as yet.????.

I have had nothing direct from keymare yet.

I really don't think they know themselves but going back and forth with solicitors, mortgage advisors MRI and Keymare throwing possible various dates around at least the email issued by KeyMare was with an August Date.

 I was getting prepared for an December completition due to noone saying the same date.... we will wait and see cross fingers.. which apartment are you in sunshinelad.

We shall just wait for the agents to sort this out but Eventually, we hope to own the duplex, plot No 5. 

Just got our viewing date for Block 27. The viewing of this block is beginning on the 30th July (as per email from KeyMare) we have booked our viewing date for the 13th August  -  looks like completition will be end of August early September for all those aboard the 27th Block hooray hooray.....

dont hold out too much as i am block 26 and no where getting it completed i think block 26 will be sept till oct

If you have been given your inspection date, then it is usually 4 - 6 weeks after that you can complete.

Our inspection trip was 18 - 22 June & we were given 20 July onwards for completion (4 weeks) & we are in Block 28.

There doesn't seem to be any strict numerical order for completions to take place.

We are in block 26, and are ready to complete!

I recieved confirmation today that Block 27 will be in receipt of licence see note from our solicitor

 ^{In the case of your property, the occupation license is expected for next 20th August and it will then be possible to complete then.}
