Back on safe ground

I believe the the Open style properties in the next phase will be called Open Plus and they will have a large basement. Does anyone know if there are any Open Plus properties already built or is this just for ones that are for sale off plan now?

YES THERE ARE SOME OPEN + ALREADY BUILT BUT I DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE ALL SOLD , PHONE ONE OF THE AGENTS THEY SHOULD KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY LEFT FOR SALE

YOU CAN ONLY GET TO THE UNDERBUILD FROM OUTSIDE ,I THINK THE ENTRANCE IS UNDER THE SMALL BEDROOM WINDOW.

hi,

when i was out in june there was 16 open plus houses available on M54. they were all 205,000euros with a supplement of 10,800euros.

dont know how many would of sold from then.

That's mine in the distance I think, the colour is right, the basement area is as big as the ground floor plan minus the veranda. the open plus sits on a 300msq plot and the building is slightly bigger then the open.
