Visited the site last month, not a lot going on as it's thier holiday month, but managed to get some photo's that I'll post.

Thanks mike99 for posting some latest photo's, I note the rendering of Town Houses T1 to T14 is now completed, the club house has also taken shape. The last set of photo's posted showed the interior walls being constructed in the Town Houses, i assume they are now complete and ready to be rendered. Were the show homes ready when you visited? I was aware the builder's were either on holiday or working short hours during August but should be back to normal working from september. I have arranged to visit the site on November 21st and look forward to seeing further progress of the site works.

Hi Raileng,

Sorry didn't get to see inside any of the buildings. The site was practically deserted and we didn't want to poke around to much.  We'll hopefully making another visit next month, when they'll be someone there to show us round.  I'll take my camera and post them ASAP.

Hi All

Was at sight last week, was shown my apartment (still a shell) and the show apartment. Was very pleased, Iznalloz was looking beautiful but very hot (42C according to the car), so think I'll definitely be arrange for air con to be installed!! The person at the sight advised completion is end of March next year. Also called into Granada police station to apply for my NIE number, if anyone wants more info about that just shout.

did you manage to get your NIE number on the same day, our solicitor advised that it should be possible at the moment as things are quiet this time of year.

the show apartment pics look great, we'll be out there on oct 26th, can't  wait to see it all.

No, we were told 7-10 days, my solicitor is arranging for it's collection. We were lucky as we were seen immediately and there is a seperate queue for foreigners, the queue for Spaniards looked horrendous. I'll make a seperate posting anyway re NIE so everyone has the info.

Nice to see the photos, but  can you tell me are the internal show flat photos  for the penthouse, 1st floor apt or ground floor apartment.

We will be visiting the site in 2 weeks time, so will post some photos

The show apartment was on the ground floor, also was situated at the end of the block so had windows to side which not everyone (inc. me!) will have. As I understand it, the layout is same as for the 1st floor apartments, the terrace was much larger though. The decor and kitchen furniture/appliances will be the same for all aprtments.

Do you know, have all apartments/town houses now got showers instead of Baths ?

Club House building looks big, do you know whats going in there?

Whats your gut feeling about a March completion?

Hi woodycurtain,

I was at the site in June and posted photo's 11 June 2007 - 93 that shows a bath in the 3 bed Townhouse that was being prepared as a show-home. Baths with shower will be in the Town Houses and shower cubicles in the Appartments as far as I am aware.

PS. You may wish to look at the ariel photo's I have posted on the site today. Not bad for a raileng is it. Wonder if jetboy can do similar.

Ariel shots look great. I remember that the original building licence was for 20 houses and 62 apartments although the original layout was for 40 houses and 216 flats. Does anyone know if a further building licence was granted, i've heard nothing, or is the developer only building the number as allowed on the building licence.

Originally i assumed a further line of houses/flats was to be built around the hub which is currently under development. The ariel shots seem to suggest enough room but the completion date of March makes me wonder whether this 2nd phase is still on the cards.
