Now that the contracts are out I would have expected an increase in dialogue from forum users.

I suspect however that this chat room is dying on its feet.

How many geniune potential residents are actualy using this site?

Or should I switch to a more active forum for this development, if indeed there is one?

Does anyone else feel the same as me?

Any response that indicates life or interest would be appreciated

Don't worry, you are not alone!  We gave the go-ahead to our lawyer last week and hopefully he signed on Friday afternoon!  I would have thought that there have been a few others signed by now.  Don't believe we are taking more of a risk with this off-plan development than with any other.  Seems reasonable enough that the developer has to produce funds as this proves there are serious investors out there.

Actually I check out this forum regularly to see if there is any news. I haven't submitted anything recently as I don't have anything new to say, but like to see if anyone else has visited the site or has news.

I think the only thing about the layout is that we have so many topics active and, while usually the most recent one is at the top of the list, there could be others with new responses further down. Maybe topics that are old need to be removed and archived, and only topics from the last couple of weeks kept on the forum.

We are looking forward to getting to know other owners when we all finally get to our apartments. We hope to visit the site this August or September and things should have progressed quite a lot by then.

In the meantime, keep posting any news that you have.

We have not yet received our contract although I am sure it will be with us soon.

Will be visiting the site late this month and will give an update on our return.
