New Build Mortgage Advice

I visited the site on 19th Jan with my Agent, I met the Owner (Developer). He gave me a Brochure that must have been recently produced that details the site as it is now planned, however I did note some mistakes on the Artist impression re the 2 and 3 bed Town Houses in phase 1.
The swimming pool arrangement has changed and is shown, also a block of Town Houses have been removed and replaced by a Club House/Bar and located near the main entrance to/from the village.
I have some photographs but do not know how to add these as attachements.
The Brochure included a DVD that shows the site as now planned. If you look on the developers web site www.rudina.net and click on the following links, Promociones, followed by Balcones de Iznalloz, followed by video, you will see the development as is now planned, particularly the swimming pool.
The web site is in Spanish but can be understood. You may be able to request the brochure that is also written in English.
PS. I understand that the aparthotel that has been suggested for phase 2 relates to the terms of use of these apartements i.e. a private owner could own them but not live in these permanently and would have limited annual private usage. The terms of useage are for rental use so that the local community would benefit from more visitors.

 am very keen to know what sort of  mistakes have you picked up on  regarding the 2 and 3 bed town houses, can you expand on this.

i'm assuming that the block of town houses that have been replaced by the club house were not yet released for sale are not any that have already been reserved ie ours : (

have just been speaking with the development promoters and they have confirmed that phase 2 will now include a covered bar area  at  plots 12 and 13, at the bottom of the now curved pool, and a spa area  at  plots 43 and 44. Phase 2, the second and only other release, will happen  feb 1st and everything will be sold then due to the delays.

The Town Houses numbered 1 - 14 in phase 1 previously showed 3 blocks in line with 2 passage ways between blocks. The arrangement now is 2 blocks with 1 passage way between TH06 and TH07.

From the existing plan TH 01 - TH04 are 3 bed and TH05 (my plot) - TH06 are 2 bed etc.

The existing plan shows 3 bed Town Houses that are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 11 and 14.

Also 2 bed Town Houses that are numbered 5, 6, 9, 10, 12 an 13.

The latest artist impression shows the 2 bed Town Houses positioned at numbers 3,4,9,10,11 and 12.

I beleive it is just an error with the artist impression. I have mentioned it to my agent.

If I hear any further info, I will let you know.

Hi all,

I have spoken to my agent following my site visit and he has confirmed that Town Houses 1 - 14 have been rearrange on the site plan re positions of 2 bed and 3 bed Town Houses. I requested a 2 bed Town Hose and reserved TH12 initially, then TH05 as it became available. This is now a 3 bed Town House on the latest plan so I have now been allocated an alternative location where a 2 bed Town House is sited. I understand the change of plan re these Town Houses followed comments from the Town Hall planning committee and site improvements by the Architect that includes the new shape of swimming pool etc. Have you seen the RUDINA web site and Video yet?
